Where do analytics, knowledge base and processes run?

The platform processes, cleans and stores all of your data. In every case it runs in Germany or in your own data centre. Only the AI model runs externally – unless you opt for local models (option 4 above), which are considerably more expensive because of the computing power required. We take care of operating the platform in all three cases.
